World Tai Chi Day at Winslow Park in Freeport

What a lovely morning we had for our World Tai Chi Day practice at Winslow Park. Thank you to all my tai chi students and their spouses who were able to join us by the ocean in Freeport on Saturday April 27. For those of you who were unable to attend, maybe you will be able to join us next year. It’s always held on the last Saturday of April at 10 AM.

Summer Qigong at Head of Tide Park

Once again, I will be offering a free outdoor practice at Head of Tide Park starting in mid-June. This summer we will focus on gentle qigong practices that are accessible to all. And as always, this is a free offering to the community. We meet on Saturday mornings at 9:30 for an hour of practice. Please contact me to get on the list for the specific dates we will be meeting.

This is where we will be meeting for August and September outdoor tai chi.

Tai Chi and Qigong is for wellness

Even though we have World Tai Chi Day once a year, every day of life is a day to celebrate. So enjoy your practice, and stay well! I hope to see you in class either virtually or in person sometime soon.

Warmly,

Robin
