“Healer Within” Tai Chi with Robin will continue on Zoom through the summer months. I am delighted to welcome new and continuing students to the Friday morning practice group. Special Saturday tai chi will continue through June, also on Zoom. *Please note: There will be no tai chi classes on Friday June 4th or Saturday June 5th.

***Of Special Note: This July will mark our Tai Chi practice group’s five year anniversary. I started the group with a few friends in my backyard after returning home from an intensive five-day practice leader training at Omega Institute https://www.eomega.org/ I decided to continue studying with Dr. Jahnke through the Institute for Integral Tai Chi and Qigong (IIQTC). http://www.instituteofintegralqigongandtaichi.org/ In 2019 I completed the IIQTC’s 200-hour program and became a certified tai chi and qigong teacher.

It is good to honor milestones. Some of you have been with me since the beginning while others are just discovering our tai chi practice group. No matter, you are welcome to join us wherever you are in your health and life journey.

Please make a note in your calendar for free outdoor Tai Chi Easy™ classes at the Topsham Public Library on Saturday mornings from 9-10 AM in July and August. I will be teaching on the following dates: July 10, 17, August 14, 21. My friend Margaret Williams will be covering the other Saturdays through August. Thank you to the TPL for including tai chi in their adult summer programming.

Your monthly donation ($10.00 per class, suggested) for the Friday and Saturday Tai Chi practice group sessions helps out with operating expenses. Checks can be mailed to me at: Robin Brooks, 47 Ivanhoe Drive, Topsham, Maine 04086. I am grateful for your donations and appreciate your ongoing participation in our tai chi community.

Namaste. Stay well, and enjoy!
