New Moon, New Offerings–Gardiner ArtWalk
Sunday, December 1st is the new moon, and this marks the beginning of the month as we turn towards the Winter Solstice. How are you creating light in the darkness? For me, it’s about bringing art to my community. To that end, I’ll be participating once again in downtown Gardiner’s December Artwalk which happens on Friday December 6th from 5-8 PM. I hope you can make it for what promises to be a festive and joyful celebration of creativity and community.
Robin’s collage is in the Artwalk Raffle!

Note Cards for the December holidays and beyond
Once again I’ll be bringing small works and my locally printed 5″ x 7″ greeting cards to the Gardiner Public Library for the ArtWalk on Friday December 6th. The cards are all from my original block print designs and are blank inside for your message. The images include “Wind through Spruce, Schoodic”, Tree of Life Mosaic”, and “Winter Dreams. I am offering them at $4.00 per card, $20.00 for five cards, and $35.00 for ten. *Please note the bulk discount for ten or more cards! In addition, you may message me to place an order. I’m happy to mail cards to you for a flat $5.00 shipping fee.

Cheap art for gift giving
In the spirit of new offerings, I made a bunch of small collages and turned them into magnets. They are made in the spirit of #cheap art and can be used to liven up your fridge, file cabinet, or other magnetic surfaces. How wonderful to have small original works of art that need no frames! Interestingly, you can rearrange and group them to create new combinations. I am offering the magnets for $5.00 for one or six for $25.00.

Affordable unframed artwork
Finally, I will be bringing my portfolios of drawing, collage, and mixed media artworks. If you see something you like, feel free to make me an offer. Everyone needs original art! Buying local shows your support for our Maine artists and communities. I wish you and yours health and happiness during these dark December days.
Sending light and love, Robin
