Flowing into April: Tuesday morning qigong concludes on April 5th
I am happy to share some tai chi news, a special event, and updates for our online practice group community. Our qigong on Tuesday mornings will conclude on April 5th. Here is the link in case you’d like to join us. https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87679887929?pwd=WHBndHZWL1FrVmJZTzBFWlM2WXZaUT09 If there is enough interest, I will consider launching a new Tuesday morning qigong series in May. These have been thirty minute sessions to get the energy flowing. The form we’ve been exploring is called The Seven Precious Gestures. We start promptly at 8 AM and conclude at 8:30, EST. If you can’t make it, check out my recording of the Seven Precious Gestures Qigong Practice on YouTube.
Good news: You can now practice with Robin on YouTube!
A Special Event: World Tai Chi Day 2022 at Winslow Park in Freeport
World Tai Chi Day is always the last Saturday of April at 10 AM. This year, the last Saturday is April 30th and we will gather at Winslow Park in Freeport. Ken Ryan will be opening the event with some shared practices and a reading of the World Tai Chi Day Proclamation. I plan to be there, and I hope you’ll be able to join us! Here is a link to the official website in case you’d like to learn more about this wonderful event. https://www.worldtaichiday.org/ As we practice together, we truly are “One World, One Breath” as we harmonize the Qi around the globe. What a wonderful way to express our solidarity with all life!

Friday “Healer Within” Tai Chi Practice Group Update
Our “Healer Within” Tai Chi Easy™ practice group will continue through the spring from 9-10 AM on Friday mornings. Here is the Zoom link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85871106390?pwd=bE5kUGtnUTdxcVVXbGFQbmZoSk5SQT09
***Please note that on Friday April 22, I will be away, My trip to New Mexico is coming up and I’m excited to explore the southwestern landscape that was so inspiring to the artist Georgia O’Keeffe and so many other creative folks. While I am away you are welcome to meet on Zoom. In fact, I encourage you to do so. One idea you might try is to take turns sharing a practice you remember. Please have fun playing with the Qi together and don’t worry about doing it right.

Thank you for your donations–they help to support our tai chi practice groups
Thank you! I appreciate your generous monthly donations. Your financial support helps me to maintain a quality online presence for our “Healer Within” tai chi community. I am suggesting a donation of $10.00 per session, or $40.00 per month, but I am truly grateful for whatever you can afford. One way you may donate is to mail a check to my home address: 47 Ivanhoe Drive, Topsham, Maine 04086. If you would prefer Venmo, please let me know.
We have a wonderful, welcoming tai chi community and I bow to each of you. Thank you for your joyful presence and participation!
Namaste and Haola! All is well.
