Artist Residency, Acadia National Park

In April of 2016, I was invited to spend fourteen days living and working at the Schoodic Institute at Acadia National Park in Gouldsboro, Maine. The Schoodic region and all of Maine are the ancestral lands of the Wabanaki people. The artworks in this gallery emerged from my daily walks, forays into the woods, beach walks, and time spend exploring. The painting I donated, enttled Schoodic 1, can be seen here. https://www.nps.gov/articles/000/acadia-air_brooks.htm
